Today I went shopping from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Those who knew me well will said it's a miracle. I count that as part of exercise too. Quite costly but still exercising. Bought
a. Undergarments
b. Working shoes
c. Toiletries
d. Groceries
and the sum totalled to > RM250... Goodness... nowadays standard of living is damn high.
